<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The United Way of Wyoming Valley recently gave away its 50,000th book through its partner, the Dolly Parton Imagination Library.</p><p>Charlotte McGinnis, 1, of Mountain Top, was the lucky recipient &#8212; though mom and dad might have to help her turn the pages and sound out some of the bigger words.</p><p>More than 2,800 Wyoming Valley children are enrolled in the library, which sends high quality, age-appropriate books to children every month, free of charge. Children from birth to age 5 are eligible for the free books.</p><p>Interested parents can enroll their child by calling the United Way of Wyoming Valley at 570-270-9109.</p><p>Children are eligible as long as they are residents of the Wyoming Valley.</p><style>
