<p>PLAINS TWP. &#8212; Mohegan Sun Pocono has named Erica Tessier as its new vice president of marketing.</p><p>A seasoned casino veteran specializing in casino promotions and rewards programs, Tessier is now responsible for overseeing marketing strategy and execution for all consumer and casino communications, a press release states.</p><p>Tony Carlucci, president and general manager at Mohegan Sun Pocono, said Tessier has played an integral role in the success of casino marketing in Connecticut.</p><p>Tessier comes to Mohegan Sun Pocono with 25 years of experience in the casino marketing industry and her career with Mohegan Sun includes management positions in departments including VIP Services, Casino Marketing and Consumer Promotions.</p><p>In her most recent role as Director of Consumer Promotions and Player&#8217;s Club, Tessier oversaw the creation, development and execution of various casino events and programs.</p><p>She is familiar with the Mohegan Sun Pocono product and market, the release noted.</p><style>
