<p>The General Federation of Women&#8217;s Clubs&#8217; (GFWC) Luzerne County Past Presidents Club recently met to celebrate 25 years of volunteer service. The club received an Anniversary Scroll and commendation from GFWC Pennsylvania President Lois A. Richards.
