Police: Stolen credit card used for meth ingredients

<p>KINGSTON &#8212; Police on Wednesday released surveillance photos of a man who they say is a person of interest in cases involving fraudulent activity at ATMs.</p><p>Police said they have become aware of ATMs at Community Bank branches being compromised. Many Community Bank customers, including those at the Kingston branch, have had fraudulent withdrawals, police said.</p><p>Residents are asked to be vigilant when utilizing any ATM and make sure information is safeguarded, including personal identification numbers. Residents are also advised to report any suspicious person or activity near ATMs.</p><p>Anyone who can identify the man in the surveillance photos is asked to call Kingston Police at 570-288-3674 or 911.</p><style>
