<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; Township police have released a surveillance picture of a man who they say allegedly withdrew money from an ATM without permission Sunday.</p><p>Police said a woman reported unauthorized activity on her bank account. They later learned a man accessed the woman&#8217;s bank account at a branch of PNC Bank on Carey Avenue using a fraudulent bank card.</p><p>Anyone who can identify the man is asked to call Hanover Township Police at 570-825-1254.</p><style>
