WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police arrested Warren Sencere Kennedy, 28, on charges he caused a disturbance inside McDonald&#8217;s Restaurant on East Northampton Street Sunday night.Police investigated a fight between two intoxicated men inside the restaurant just before 8 p.m.A store manager directed officers to Kennedy.Police alleged Kennedy stumbled inside the restaurant and struggled with officers when he was arrested. During the struggle, Kennedy fell into the condiments station inside the restaurant.Kennedy, address unknown, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and public drunkenness. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $5,000 bail.
