<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; Two women were separately arraigned on drug trafficking charges and two men were arrested after narcotics were found during a traffic stop this week in Hanover Township, according to court records and a news release.</p><p>Tara Elizabeth Hannon, 40, of 97 Amesbury St., Wilkes-Barre, was arraigned Wednesday in Luzerne County Central Court on two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and a single count of possession of a controlled substance. She was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.<ul><li>Township police and the Luzerne County Drug Task Force arrested Hannon after she arrived in the Hanover Mall parking lot, Sans Souci Parkway, and allegedly sold crystal methamphetamine on April 28, according to the criminal complaint.</li></ul></p><p>Tamara Ann Williams, 27, of 37 Lee Park Ave., Hanover Township, was arraigned Wednesday in Luzerne County Central Court on four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. She was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.<ul><li>Township police and the Luzerne County Drug Task Force arrested Williams after she sold crystal methamphetamine near her residence on April 24, and near Spring Street, Wilkes-Barre, on May 4, according to the criminal complaint.</li></ul></p><p>Jose Mariano Crespo, 20, of Hanover Village Apartments, and Hiram Collazo, 24, of Lawrence, Mass., were arraigned Tuesday by District Judge Joseph Halesey in Hanover Township.</p><p>Crespo was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $25,000 bail.</p><p>Collazo was charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was jailed at the county correctional facility for lack of $5,000 bail.<ul><li>Township police said they stopped a vehicle occupied by Crespo and Collazo on Spring Street, Hanover Township, on Tuesday. During the traffic stop, police allege they found 68 packets of suspected heroin inside the vehicle. A field test showed positive results for Fentanyl, police said.</li></ul></p><style>
