<p>HAZLETON &#8212; An alleged dealer of fentanyl, heroin and methamphetamine was arrested Wednesday after a three-month investigation by city police and the state Office of Attorney General&#8217;s Luzerne County Drug Task Force.</p><p>Royal Berys Astactio De La Cruz, 24, of 99 1/2 S. Pine St., was arrested during a traffic stop in the area of 13th and Vine streets.</p><p>De La Cruz was the target of an investigation that began in March.</p><p>Authorities allege De La Cruz delivered more than 340 grams of fentanyl and heroin and approximately 50 grams of methamphetamine.</p><p>After his arrest, authorities allegedly found a loaded handgun and two cell phones in his vehicle, and more than 100 grams of methamphetamine, 50 grams of heroin, a digital scale, various cutting and packaging materials and a ledger containing names and prices at his residence.</p><p>De La Cruz was arraigned by District Judge Joseph Carmody in Luzerne County Central Court on seven counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, five counts of criminal use of communication facility and a single count of firearms not to be carried without a license. He was jailed at the county correctional facility for lack of $250,000 bail.</p><style>
