Bugonowicz, Elias announce engagement

<p>Kathleen Lowe and Jeffery Gitkos, together with their families, announce their engagement.</p><p>The bride-to-be is the daughter of John and Molly Lowe, of Wilkes-Barre. She is the granddaughter of the late John and Estelle Lowe, of Wilkes-Barre, and the late Thomas and Kathleen Cavan, of Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>Kathleen is a 2002 graduate of Bishop O&#8217;Reilly High School. She got her bachelor&#8217;s degree in accounting in 2008 and her Masters of Business Administration with a specialty in accounting in 2015 from Misericordia University.</p><p>The groom-to-be is the son of Nancy Sharr, of Duryea, and Steve Gitkos, of Naples, Fla.</p><p>Jeffery is a 2000 graduate of Pittston Area High School, and a 2003 graduate of LCCC with an associate&#8217;s degree in social science, 2003.</p><p>The both are excited to get married in November and begin there lives together.</p><style>
