<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Nearly eight years after she was injured, a Hazleton woman has settled a lawsuit with well-known rapper Flo Rida for an incident at a concert at The Woodlands Inn.</p><p>In 2012, Lauren Wackley filed a suit against the rapper, record label Poe Boy Music Group LLC, LTP Enterprises, and Strong Arm Touring, Travel, Productions and Management. All companies are based in Florida.</p><p>The Woodlands, Citadel Broadcasting Co. &#8212; the parent firm of 97 BHT &#8212; and Atlantic Records were also named as defendants.</p><p>In her suit, Wackley claims she was injured during the rapper&#8217;s show after she was pushed off a stage Aug. 27, 2010. Wackley says Flo Rida, whose real name is Tramar Dillard, pulled her up on stage with other audience members when &#8220;moshing&#8221; began.</p><p>Wackley said she believed she was standing next to a security person or assistant who pushed her off stage, leading to fractures and bruising in her left foot. She said she needed surgery and medical treatment, and was seeking damages in excess of $300,000.</p><p>A filing this week shows Wackley has reached a settlement with Flo Rida and the other defendants, but it does not indicate the terms. It does say the suit is being dismissed with prejudice, meaning the parties will not be able to relaunch the suit at any point.</p><p>Wackley was represented by Robert W. Munley III of Munley, Munley &amp; Cartwright. Munley said Tuesday he could not discuss the exact terms of the settlement, but he did say his client was satisfied.</p><p>He also added that, throughout the legal process, Flo Rida proved to be a &#8220;very nice guy.&#8221;</p><p>Attorneys for the other parties could not be immediately reached.</p><p>Flo Rida, 38, first rose to prominence in 2008 with his hit single &#8220;Low,&#8221; featuring T-Pain. After a meteoric rise, Flo Rida released a series of hit singles, receiving Grammy nods for some and selling more than 80 million records by 2016.</p><style>
