<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; South Franklin Street, from Market Street to Northampton Street will be closed on Wednesday, Sept. 12, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., the city announced.</p><p>Contractors will be removing a demolition shoot from the Citizens Bank Building. Drivers will be able to access Boscov&#8217;s and South Franklin Street parking garages.</p><style>
