Standoff ends peacefully in Sugar Notch

<p>HAZLETON &#8212; City police are searching for 61-year-old David Ritsick who walked away from Lehigh Valley Hospital Hazleton Sunday night.</p><p>Police said Ritsick, of McAdoo, left the fourth floor of the hospital with an IV line still in his arm. Ritsick was reported missing by hospital security a about 7:20 p.m., police said.</p><p>Police said Ritsick may be confused.</p><p>Anyone with information or comes in contact with Ritsick is asked to call 911.</p><style>
