Meuser told opponent Wolff ‘to go to hell’

<p>HAZLE TWP. &#8212; A Hazle Township man who would smoke crack cocaine with a 14-year-old boy was arrested recently after police started an investigation into a stolen debit card, court papers say.</p><p>Brian Keith Reynolds, 55, is now facing felony counts for allegedly endangering two minors this summer &#8212; the 14-year-old plus an 8-year-old girl who would sometimes be with them.</p><p>According to a criminal complaint:</p><p>A detective from the Luzerne County District Attorney&#8217;s Office was investigating a stolen credit card issued by FNCB Bank. The detective learned that Reynolds was using stolen money from the account to purchase crack/cocaine and methamphetamine.</p><p>The 14-year-old later told detectives that Reynolds would pick him up and they would go buy crack/cocaine and methamphetamine, then stay at hotels.</p><p>Those included the Red Roof Inn in Plains Township and the Ramada in Hazle Township.</p><p>The boy also told authorities an 8-year old girl who was in Reynolds&#8217; care would sometimes accompany them during their trips to buy drugs and stay at the hotels.</p><p>On several occasions at the hotel, the boy said he and Reynolds would go in the bathroom to inhale or inject the drugs they purchased.</p><p>Both children were in the care of Reynolds.</p><p>The suspect was arraigned Wednesday by District Judge Joseph D. Spagnuolo Jr. on two counts of endangering the welfare of children and two counts of corruption of minors.</p><p>Court records indicate that bail was denied because Reynolds is considered a danger to society due to previous cases.</p><p>In a separate incident from March, Reynolds is facing a felony strangulation charge. Bail in that case was originally set at $35,000 but was modified to $35,000 unsecured on July 13.</p><style>
