<p>Luzerne County Head Start (LCHS) received dozens of coats, hats, mittens and blankets as part of the Pennsylvania State Police&#8217;s &#8220;Coats for the Community&#8221; initiative. Froggy 101 collected the winter clothing for children and families at LCHS. State Police delivered the donation to Luzerne County Head Start&#8217;s Beekman Street office in Wilkes-Barre. The winter clothing and blankets will be distributed by Head Start employees to children and their families who need a little extra help this winter.
