Pennsylvania State Police donate coats to Head Start families

<p>Every year employees from PennDOT District 4 Engineering Office conduct a Holiday Wish Program with donations collected from district employees. This year the district will help 65 people at the Domestic Violence Service Center in Wilkes-Barre with gifts donated by Once Upon Child Consignment Shop, Dickson City. They will also provide 37 patients at the Mid-Valley Health Center, Peckville with Christmas gifts.
