GAR grad Mark Glowinski signs 3-year extension to stay with Colts

<p>The Hanover Area Quarterback Club recently held its annual football banquet.</p><p>Justin Kopko was awarded the 36th Annual Daniel Korba Memorial MVP award for the 2018 season. Korba was the 1976 MVP who died in a car accident in 1982. Abby Korba and David Korba presented the award.</p><p>Kopko was selected to the 2018 PAFootballNews.com Class 3A Coach&#8217;s Select All-State 2nd Team and will attend Pennsylvania State University as a preferred walk-on in the fall.</p><p>Matt Beecham received the Third Annual Brian Clarke Lineman Award for the 2018 season. Clarke was the 2008 Hanover MVP and a 2013 consensus All-American at Bloomsburg and the first free agent pick for the Dallas Cowboys in 2014. Clarke died in 2016 after battling cancer. Scott Fertal presented the award on behalf of the Clarke family.</p><p>Beecham was a stalwart performer on the offensive and defensive lines for the Hawks in 2018.</p><style>
