From ‘substitute’ to psychologist, Parker aims to build up Penn State’s receivers

<p><strong>IN BRIEF</strong></p><p><strong>WVC boys basketball title games set</strong></p><p>The Wyoming Valley Conference Division 1 and Division 2 boys basketball championship games will be Tuesday at King&#8217;s College.</p><p>The Division 2 game is first with GAR playing Nanticoke Area at 6:30 p.m. The Division 1 game between Crestwood and Hazleton Area will follow at 8 p.m.</p><p>In the event of the games being postponed, GAR vs. Nanticoke Area will be Wednesday at Pittston Area and Crestwood vs. Hazleton Area will be Wednesday at Berwick. King&#8217;s in not available on Wednesday.</p><p>The two divisional champions will join Division 3 champion Wyoming Seminary and a wild card team in a four-team WVC overall championship tournament later in the week.</p><p style="text-align: right;">&#8212; Times Leader</p><style>
