<p>HAZLETON &#8212; City police are seeking a Wapwallopen woman for a drug case last fall where she was allegedly caught with 200 bags of fentanyl.</p><p>A felony warrant has been issued for Kaitlyn Lockard, 23, as part of an investigation by Hazleton officers and the Luzerne County Drug Task Force, according to a press release.</p><p>A car Lockard was riding in was pulled over Oct. 25 while the suspect was in possession of fentanyl, according to Police Chief Jerry Speziale and court records.</p><p>She was stopped while traveling back to the Wapwallopen area to sell the drug, and attempted to throw it out a car window, authorities report.</p><p>Fentanyl is a powerful painkiller that is often mixed with heroin and has been blamed for contributing to the nationwide spike in fatal opioid overdoses.</p><p>Lockard is facing a felony count of possession with intent to deliver.</p><p>Anyone who has any information on her whereabouts should contact the Hazleton Police Department by calling 911.</p><style>
