Styling: Some tips to get your Monday off to a good start

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; It&#8217;s time to pig out, bacon lovers.</p><p>The Anthracite Cafe, located at 804 Scott St., is looking for six contestants to take part in its upcoming bacon eating contest.</p><p>It&#8217;s part of Anthracite&#8217;s Bacon Week, which runs from Feb. 26 to March 5 and includes a special menu with bacon-themed appetizers, sandwiches and dinners.</p><p>To enter the contest, the restaurant is asking prospective pork eaters to post a short essay (60 words or less) essay on its Facebook page about why they love bacon week and The Anthracite Cafe. The restaurant&#8217;s Facebook page is <a href="https://www.facebook.com/anthracitecafe/" target="_blank">https://www.facebook.com/anthracitecafe/</a>.</p><p>Authors of the best essays will be asked to participate in the contest, set for Saturday, March 2 at 2 p.m. </p><p>All essays must be posted by Wednesday, Feb. 27, and Anthracite will announce the contestants after 4 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 28.</p><p>Just how much cooked bacon will you have to eat?</p><p>Five pounds of it, in 15 minutes.</p><p>The person who finishes first or consumes the most bacon within the time limit will be crowned the winner.</p><p>That lucky (and stuffed) person will receive a Bacon Week shirt, Anthracite Cafe hat and pint glass, a $50 gift card and their photo displayed on the wall behind the bar.</p><style>
