<p>The Greater Wilkes-Barre Friendly Sons of Saint Patrick announce Ned Whalen III as this year&#8217;s dinner Grand Marshall.</p><p>The annual dinner will be held Friday, March 15 at the Best Western Plus Genetti Hotel and Conference Center in Wilkes-Barre. Cocktail hour is at 5 p.m. with dinner to follow at 6:30 p.m..</p><p>Cost is $70 per person. Tickets may be purchased from any member of the society or by contacting ticket chairman Jim Kelly at 570-472-4036.</p><style>
