Police: Heroin, meth, ecstasy found during traffic stop in Plymouth

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The Rolling Mill Hill Residents&#8217; Association will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, at the Mennonite School Hall, 225 Blackman St.</p><p>This month&#8217;s guest speakers include: Ted Wampole, executive director of Luzerne County Convention and Visitors Bureau, who will speak on the recent survey taken regarding favorite places to see in Luzerne County; Joyce Zaykowski, director of Wilkes-Barre&#8217;s Office of Economic and Community Development, who will speak on Spruce Street Park upgrades and the new beautification program for owner-occupied homes on Brown, Dana, Grove and High streets; and District B Councilman Tony Brooks, who will address any concerns regarding city issues.</p><p>Refreshments will be served. RMHRA meets on the third Wednesday of the month September through May and hosts a neighborhood picnic in June and annual holiday party in December.
