‘Discovering Mongolia with Harry’ to be presented at Dietrich Theater

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A fire broke out in a North Main Street home Wednesday afternoon, sending the owner and sole occupant to a local hospital to be treated for minor burns.</p><p>According to Wilkes-Barre Fire Chief Jay Delaney, calls were received reporting the fire at 312 N. Main St. just before 5 p.m.</p><p>When crews arrived, the chief they were greeted by &#8220;heavy fire and smoke&#8221; in the rear of the residence. The home&#8217;s owner, an older man, had already evacuated.</p><p>The blaze was mostly contained to the kitchen, Delaney said, but it would take a fire investigator to determine the exact cause of the flames.</p><style>
