Newmans named chairs of Osterhout Library Annual Campaign

<p>United Way of Wyoming Valley&#8217;s &#8220;Painting for Prevention&#8221; Mural, painted by students from Kistler Elementary and Meyers High School in Wilkes-Barre to highlight children and positive family life, was recently placed in its permanent home at the Luzerne County Courthouse. The mural project was done in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Family Support Alliance which promotes child abuse awareness and prevention. The mural is located immediately inside the lower level public entrance to the courthouse.
