WILKES-BARRE &mdash; City police arrested a man they allege discharged at least three rounds from a handgun after arguing about a cell phone charger on Thursday.
				Lamar Tyriq Jordan, 22, of Charles Street, Wilkes-Barre, was armed with a loaded .45-caliber handgun when he was arrested on Baltimore Street in the Boulevard Townhomes complex just before 7 p.m., according to court records.
				Police allege Jordan discharged rounds from the handgun at a vehicle occupied by his girlfriend after they argued about a cell phone charger.
				According to the criminal complaint:
				Police responded to Baltimore Street for gunfire and noticed Jordan matching the description of the shooter.
				Jordan told officers he had a handgun in his pocket where it was retrieved.
				Police said the handgun was not registered and had a round in its chamber with six rounds in the 10 round magazine, the complaint says.
				Jordan&rsquo;s girlfriend told police she was arguing with Jordan about a cell phone charger. When Jordan got out of the vehicle, she began to drive away when she heard gunshots, according to the complaint.
				Police said the vehicle was occupied by two children in child safety seats.
				A bullet hole was found near the bottom of the driver&rsquo;s side door. Three shell casings were recovered near the vehicle, police said.
				Jordan told police he had ringing in his ear because he &ldquo;popped those shots off,&rdquo; the complaint says.
				Jordan was arraigned Friday by District Judge Joseph Halesey of Hanover Township on three counts each of aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment and one count each of firearms not to be carried without a license and propel missiles into an occupied vehicle. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $250,000 bail.
