TOBYHANNA &#8212; State police at Hazleton said two people are confirmed dead when a tractor-trailer and a charter bus crashed in the northbound lanes of Interstate 380 in Monroe County Wednesday morning.Both southbound and northbound lanes of I-380 between Exit 3 (Pocono Pines/Mount Pocono) and Exit 8 (Tobyhanna) are closed due to the crash that happened just after 10 a.m.WNEP-TV reported on its website and Twitter that medical helicopters have transported several passengers from the bus to medical facilities.
