Local districts to receive $12M in ESSER funds

WILKES-BARRE &mdash; Real estate brokerage company Colliers International announced on Friday that it had recently completed the sale of the Bicentennial Building on Public Square.
				The six-story building, located at 15 Public Square, houses street-level retail businesses and five floors of office space. The property was at 83% capacity at the time of the sale, according to a release sent out by Colliers.
				The sale was made by Colliers on behalf of Bicentennial Building Associates to a private investment group based in the New York metro area.
				&ldquo;Our ability to source buyers from both in and out of the local market, our team&rsquo;s comprehensive local knowledge, and a patient seller and buyer all combined to conclude this sale even amid unforeseen COVID-19 difficulties,&rdquo; said Jeff Algatt, Senior Vice President of the Colliers Investment Sales group.
