Irene Widman &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Dec. 18, 1992 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Irene H. Widman, 64, of Ridge Avenue, Kingston, died Friday morning in
Nesbitt &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Memorial Hospital, KingstonBorn in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of
the late Bert and Helen Prynn Dover. She was a 1946 graduate of Kingston
Township High School and a 1949 graduate of the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital
School of Nursing. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was previously employed in the operating room of Wilkes-Barre General
Hospital. For the past 30 years, she had been associated in business with her
husband, William T., in his piano tuning service. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 A resident of Kingston for the past 25 years, she previously lived in
Bloomsburg for 11 years. She was a member of Church of Christ Uniting,
Kingston. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by sisters, Reba Dover and Marion Kisalus, in
1975. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a son, William J., Wilkes-Barre;
daughters, Mrs. John (Judith) Namey, East Walpole, Mass.; Mrs. Bruce (Pamela)
Waugh, Hughesville; sister, Mrs. Emily Van Tuyle, Pocono Lake; seven
grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday from the Hugh B. Hughes and Son
Inc. Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort, with the Rev. Dr. Charles E.
Johns, pastor of Church of Christ Uniting, officiating. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be in Denison Cemetery, Swoyersville. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to the American Cancer Society,
Kirby Memorial Health Care Center, 71 N. Franklin St., Wilkes-Barre, 18701; or
to the charity of the donor's choice.
