 The GAR High School marching band is ready to help usher President-elect
Bill &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Clinton into office. All he has to do is askThe 125-piece band is one of
five from Pennsylvania under consideration to participate in Clinton's
inauguration. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 "I'm extremely proud that we would be considered," said GAR band director
Brian Fischer. "It's an honor that we have been chosen this far." &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Fischer learned of the band's selection from U.S. Rep. Paul Kanjorski,
D-Nanticoke, and U.S. Sen. Harris Wofford, D-Philadelphia, who will be part of
Pennsylvania's delegation to the Clinton bash. The Inaugural Committee will
make its decision by Dec. 24. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 It would be the second time for the band to perform at a presidential
inauguration. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Four years ago, the band helped kick off the Bush administration, marching
down Pennsylvania Avenue with other bands and organizations from around the
country.
