PLAINS TWP. -- State and local police are investigating the theft of more
than $4,000 worth of jewelry from a Mill Street home Tuesday. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Richard Stencik told police that sometime between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
someone broke into his home and stole 10 to 12 watches, five to 20 rings, and
several necklaces, earrings and bracelets. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The suspects pried open a back door, ransacked a desk in the living room
and looted three upstairs bedrooms. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
