CRESSON (AP) -- Two men were drunk when their car crashed head-on into a
patrol vehicle, killing the former Cresson police chief, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 James F. Pseister, 64, died of severe head trauma, said Cambria County
Coroner Dennis Kwiatkowski. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pseister had been police chief in Cresson for 20 years but was working
part-time patrolling Admiral Perry Highway in the town when the accident
occurred about 3 a.m. Saturday, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Christopher Zimmerman of Sankertown and Francis Sral of Portage were thrown
from the other car and were in critical condition at Conemaugh Hospital in
Johnstown. Police were unsure who was driving. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
