A badly needed traffic light for Dallas Highway has been overlooked &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Regarding all the new traffic lights being installed along the Dallas
Highway, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I know they are needed because of the heavy volume of traffic in the Back &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Mountain. However, I believe there is one more that needs to be erected: at
the intersection of Hillside Road and Rt. 309In bad weather a lot of people
use this route to get to Rt. 309 South. There are times when there is anywhere
from 15 to 25 cars in line. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Trying to get on the highway is very difficult. You cannot get on the
highway unless someone is courteous enough to slow down for you to enter. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 A traffic light there would also slow down the cars that speed toward the
Cross-Valley Expressway after passing through the last light at Carverton
Road. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
