canceled the executive and regular meeting schuelded for Friday, Aug. 9. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The next session will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13 in the community
room of B`nai B`rith Apartments, 61 E. Northampton St., Wilkes-Barre.
