Ruth Kluger &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Aug. 7, 1996 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ruth F. Kluger, 88, of Heritage ~House, East Northampton Street,
Wilkes-Barre, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 died Wednesday in Wilkes-Barre General HospitalA native of Duryea, she was
the daughter of the late Max and Anna Ungar Friedman. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She resided in the Heritage House for two years, and was a member of Temple
Israel, Wilkes-Barre, and its Sisterhood and numerous other Hebrew ladies
organizations. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice, who was a Wyoming
businessman; a daughter, Barbara Lois Weinberg. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are two grandsons; a sister, Mrs. Bertha Bravman, Wilkes-Barre;
nieces and nephews. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday from the Rosenberg Funeral
Chapel, 348 S. River St., Wilkes-Barre, with Rabbi James R. Michaels and
Cantor Ahron Abraham, officiating. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be in Temple Israel Cemetery, Swoyersville. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
