 Aug. 10, 1996 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Cynthia A. Pellam, 50, of Luzerne, died Saturday in Wilkes-Barre General &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 HospitalBorn on Sept. 28, 1945, she was the daughter of the late John and
Jeanette Reilly Baines. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She attended Luzerne schools. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She and her husband, Charles, celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary on
April 28. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are sons, Charles A., Plymouth; Carl, Luzerne; daughters, Cynthia
Ide, Kingston; Christine, Carol and Cherie, Luzerne; brothers, David Weaver,
Buffalo, N.Y.; Lewis Baines, Wyoming; 10 grandchildren. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday from the Nulton Funeral Home,
Route 309, Beaumont, with the Rev. James A. Cara of the Luzerne Presbyterian
Church officiating. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will be in Memorial Shrine Cemetery, Carverton, Kingston
Township. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
