I Just Read The Piece On Welfare Reform (aug. 12), And Although I Believe That 
Something Had To Be Done To Curb The Welfare Trap, I Feel That The Money Could 
Have Been Put To Better Use.

 August 21, 1996 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Albert J. Yitchinski, 69, of Wilkes-Barre, died Tuesday at the Lower Bucks &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 County Hospital, BristolBefore retiring in 1976, he was employed by the
Warner Sand and Gravel Co.; Grey Nun Academy, Newtown, Hanover Township; Penn
Co. Technical School, Bristol; was a U.S. Merchant Marine. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are his wife, Emily Yitchinski, at home; a son, Anthony
Yitchinski, Bensalem; daughters, Julie Anne Markwald, Langhorne; Amy Feeley,
Levittown; Christine Nelson, Norfolk, Va.; three grandchildren. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Frances Lithuanian Church,
Wilkes-Barre. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Interment will follow in the parish cemetery, Wilkes-Barre. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Arrangements are by the Cremation Sociey of Pennsylvania, Harrisburg. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
