 A special bank account has been set up to raise money for three orphaned &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Luzerne County teenagers who are trying to pay for their mother's funeral
expensesJanet Neuman, an attorney who represents children for Luzerne County
Orphans' Court, said the children of Ann C. McGuire, who died in September
from multiple sclerosis, have about $300 to pay for their mother's cremation,
but need about $1,200 more. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The oldest, Stephanie McGuire, 18, has been given legal custody of her
16-year-old brother and 13-year-old sister. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 "These kids have nothing," Neuman said. "Eventually, they will get Social
Security, but it takes a long time for the paperwork to come through." &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
