 Beginning Friday, 1997 garbage stickers will go on sale at the Avoca

 Building. Stickers will be available from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 2 to 4
p.mevery Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Stickers may also be purchased between
6 and 7 p.m. at the residence of Helen Lampman, 722 McAlpine St. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Price is $87 until April 16. After that date, a $10 late fee will be added
monthly. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 After July 16, garbage will not be collected from residents who do not
display a 1997 sticker. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

and The Rev. John Fabian chairman of the Ministerium, will conduct the
business meeting. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The Ministerium has announced that the Week of Prayer Service will be held
at 3 p.m. Sunday in St. Mary's Church, Willow Street, Plymouth. Rev. Ambrose
will be speaker. A Fellowship reception will follow. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

 Bishop Hannan schedules placement test &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Bishop Hannan High School, Scranton, will administer its 1997 placement
test and scholarship exam from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Jan. 25, at the
school. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Students interested in attending the school for the 1997-98 school year
must take the test. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
