realized that southern Luzerne County was once again ignored in your
coverageThe devastation experienced by residences bordering on the Nescopeck
Creek rivaled, if not exceeded, some of the areas covered in your series. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The purpose of this letter is to draw attention to the plight of your
southern neighbors. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 We are routinely ignored by local government. Unfortunately, it appears we
are being ignored by The Times Leader, despite the fact that you have a
