LAKE-LEHMAN INDUCTS DUO: The Lake-Lehman Wrestling Club recently inducted
Rick &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Finnegan and Charlie Jacoby into its Hall of FameFinnegan was a three-year
starter, two-time district champion, and Tunkhannock Tournament Champion. His
career record at Lehman was 47-14-2. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Jacoby was a three-year starter, two-time district champion, regional
champion, and twice placed at the state tournament. His career record was
90-15-2. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 WVC SCHEDULE CHANGES: The Meyers vs. Lake-Lehman girls basketball game for
the Division II first-half championship scheduled for Thursday has been
rescheduled for 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Wyoming Valley West High School gym. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Three WVC boys swim meets scheduled for Thursday were postponed. The
Abington Heights at Scranton meet is rescheduled for 4:30 p.m. today at
Scranton. The Wyoming Seminary at Tunkhannock and Scranton Prep at Hanover
Area meets were postponed without makeup dates. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Nanticoke High School wrestling announced two changes for Saturday. The
Trojans will Wrestle Bishop O'Hara at 10:45 a.m. and Coughlin at noon. Both
meets are at Nanticoke. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 SORBER TOPS ON THE DIAMOND: Lake-Lehman's Chad Sorber ranks as one of
Pennsylvania's top high school baseball player's according to the Jan. 2.
issue of Collegian Baseball magazine. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Sorber, a junior, batted .500 last season from his shortstop position and
was a Times Leader First Team All-Star. Sorber started the past two seasons
and was inspirational in the Black Knights '96 and '97 Wyoming Valley
Conference Championship teams. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 MISERICORDIA DEFEATS MARYWOOD: College Misericordia's Trevor Woodruff
scored 20 points and Bob Tugend and Gus Wagner added 17 points each to lead
the Cougars over Marywood 94-67 Wednesday in Scranton. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Tugend, a former North Pocono star, had five assists and four rebounds. Ben
