 January 27, 1998 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Agnes Gorski, formerly of Espy Street, Hanover section of Nanticoke, died &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Tuesday at the Birchwood Nursing Home, Middle Road, NanticokeA lifelong
resident of Nanticoke, she was daughter of the late Peter and Alice Falasz
Meck. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church and its Catholic
Womens Council. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Before she retired in 1975, she was employed by Plymouth Dress Co.,
Nanticoke, as a seamstress for 23 years. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by brothers Stanley, Henry, Ambrose, Thomas and
Thaddeus; and a sister, Helen Waiter. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are daughters, Phyllis Petrochko, Nanticoke; four grandchildren;
seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Edward Meck, Ferndale, Wash.; sisters
Theresa Czahor, Carthage, Mo.; and Loretta Andrukite, Brick, N.J. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Friday from the Grontkowski
Funeral Home P.C., 51-53 W. Green
