WILKES-BARRE - Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas Judge Mark Ciavarella
recently disposed of the following cases in juvenile court: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Joshua Jankowski, 16, Church Lane, Leonard Stefanovich, 15, Brown Street,
and Daniel Baranowski, 15, also of Brown Street, all of Ashley, were found
delinquent of burglary. They were released to their parents, placed on
indefinite probation, ordered to follow special curfew, undergo random drug
testing, perform 20 hours of community service, not apply for a drivers
license without court permission, pay restitution, court costs, and
supervision fees, find employment within 30 days, and participate in Youth
Services of Pennsylvania Community Based Early Intervention Program. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Baranowski also was ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation to be
paid for by his parents. He also must cooperate with the Court Advocate
Program. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Steven Caffrey, 16, Memorial Park Road, Fairview Township, was found
delinquent of burglary. He was committed to Youth Services of Bucks County
Inc. Adventure Challenge Treatment Program with his parents to contribute
toward the cost of placement. Luzerne County Children and Youth Services and
Luzerne County Juvenile Probation Department will share the case management
responsibility for him while he remains in placement. He also was ordered to
undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation to be paid for by his parents, cooperate
with drug testing, and pay restitution and court costs. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Twelve cases were heard by Ciavarella. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
