Anthony A. Azarowicz, of Sand Plant Road, Tunkhannock, died Sunday at the
Tyler Memorial Hospital. Born June 1, 1910, in Duryea, he was the son of the
late Felix and Stephanie Azarowicz. He was employed as a coal miner and
retired from East Falls Sand and Gravel Plant. He was preceded in death by
brothers, Cashmir, Joseph, Frank and Stanley Azarowicz; and sister, Stella
Golenski. Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Veronica (Smigel) Azarowicz;
son, Robert, Falls; daughter, Shirley Porasky, Falls; sister, Esther Panalis,
Falls; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. There will be no
funeral services or calling hours. Arrangements are by the Sheldon-Kukuchka
Funeral Home, Inc., 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock. <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  <br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
