We Have A Handicapped License Plate, But During The Holidays When We Went Shopping We Had To Park At The End Of The Malls, Because People Just Have A Handicapped Card And They Are Really Not Handicapped. You See Teenagers And Young Men And Women Getting Out Of Cars And Just Flipping Up These Cards And You Have To Park At The End Of The Malls.
