<p>MOUNTAIN TOP &#8212; State Road 1026 &#8212; the Kunkle-Alderson Road &#8212; is closed so crews can replace a stone arch culvert with a new pre-cast concrete box culvert.</p><p>James May, PennDOT spokesman, said the road is expected to be closed and detoured until Sept. 4, with the entire project expected to be wrapped up by Nov. 2015. May said the cost of the project is $647,262.</p>
