PennDOT District 4 employees participate in Christmas Wish Program

First Posted: 10/29/2014 The Abington Heights junior high field hockey team raised money for two charities this fall. In the beginning of the season, they raised $90 for ALS Foundation by participating in the Ice Bucket Challenge. At the end of the season, they raised just over $350 for the Ovarian Cancer Research Institute. The last home game of the season was the Teal Game. The team wore teal socks and dedicated the game to ovarian cancer survivors and to those who have lost the battle.
