Two children removed from home following drug raid on Wyoming residence

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A driver who crashed into a concrete barrier in the parking lot of the Passion Lounge on Scott Street early Saturday was taken into custody, police said.</p><p>Police said Juan Pena, 31, was visibly intoxicated and taken to police headquarters for blood alcohol testing. Police said an officer on patrol in the area of the bar at 2:08 a.m. saw a Honda Accord traveling north on Scott Street at a high rate of speed. The passenger tires of the car were flat and smoking, police said. The car entered the bar&#8217;s parking lot and struck the concrete barrier pushing it toward the roadway, police said.</p><style>
