Luzerne County attorney named vice-chair of PA Disciplinary Board

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; If you&#8217;re a big booster of GAR Memorial High School sports, you may want to consider dining out tonight. Specifically, noshing at Olive Garden at the Arena Hub Plaza in Wilkes-Barre Township.</p><p>Olive Garden and the National Federation of state High School Federations (NFHS) Network, have teamed for the second annual &#8220;High School Spirit Night.&#8221; Each store in the chain selects a nearby high school and donates a portion of one evening&#8217;s in-restaurant sales for athletic teams.</p><p>Tonight&#8217;s the night for 38 Pennsylvania high schools, with GAR the only Luzerne County school on the list. From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., in-store purchases count toward the donation to the school.</p><p>Spokeswomen Kelly Cole said 10 percent of each sale during those six hours will go towards GAR, up to a maximum contribution of $1,000. Guests are encouraged to wear school colors.</p><p>Other regional schools benefiting from Spirit Night tonight; Scranton High School will get a contribution from the Olive Garden at 1500 Scranton-Carbondale Highway, and Bloomsburg High School will benefit from the restaurant at 52 Plaza Drive.</p><style>
