Wilkes-Barre Area School District to host charity basketball event

<p>Community Bank, N.A. presented a check for $77,500 to the Diocese of Scranton for the Diocese of Scranton Scholarship Foundation through a contribution made through Pennsylvania&#8217;s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program for $62,500 and a $15,000 contribution through the Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) program.
