WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The St. Vincent de Paul Kitchen has begun its annual school supply collection drive.It is seeking donations of backpacks, notebooks, crayons, markers, pens, paper, pencils and pencil sharpeners, rulers, glue sticks and plastic scissors.Supplies can be dropped off from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the kitchen&#8217;s back entrance, 39 E.
