<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Attorneys for homicide suspect Milton Clark suggested there were no witnesses who saw him plunge a knife in the chest of his nephew during a domestic fight inside a Holland Street residence earlier this year.</p><p>Despite the belief there were no witnesses, District Judge Rick Cronauer forwarded an open count of criminal homicide against Clark, 58, to Luzerne County Court following a preliminary hearing Thursday.</p><p>Clark, 58, was charged with the homicide charge by city police after Tarese Rahjaan Previlon, 17, died from a stab wound to the heart he suffered inside their shared residence on April 23.</p><p>Previlon came to the aid of his mother, Lynn Williams, who screamed when she spotted Clark peeping on her while taking a bath, court records say.</p><p>During Thursday&#8217;s proceeding, city police Officer Kevin Kosakowski testified he responded to the residence on a report of a stabbing and found Previlon lying on a bed in a second floor bedroom bleeding from his chest.</p><p>Kosakowski said Previlon was transported to a hospital while he obtained a description of the suspect he radioed to other officers.</p><p>Clark was found three or four blocks away in front of the former Outsiders Tavern on South Main Street.</p><p>Kosakowski said Clark was instructed to raise his hands and when he did, officers noticed he was holding a weapon.</p><p>&#8220;When he raised his hands, Milton had a knife in his hand,&#8221; Kosakowski said.</p><p>Clark was initially charged with aggravated assault.</p><p>Previlon was released from the hospital but while playing video games at a friend&#8217;s house on May 6, he passed-out and rushed to Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre Medical Center where he died.</p><p>After Previlon&#8217;s death, police charged Clark with criminal homicide.</p><p>County Coroner Daniel Hughes testified an autopsy by forensic pathologist Dr. Gary Ross revealed Previlon died from pericardial tamponade, which is a medical term for an accumulation of fluid in the heart, caused by a stab wound to the heart.</p><p>Clark&#8217;s attorneys, William J. Watt III and Maura Anne Armezzani, argued there were no witnesses to see Clark stab Previlon. Watt and Armezzani said the only evidence presented was Williams heard her son yell, &#8220;He stabbed me.&#8221;</p><p>&#8220;&#8216;He&#8217; was not identified, there was no identification of &#8216;He.&#8217; There was no identification that Mr. Clark was downstairs because Ms. Williams was upstairs,&#8221; Watt argued.</p><p>Assistant District Attorney Gene Molina who, along with assistant district attorney Gregory S. Skibitsky Jr. are prosecuting, responded that Clark was the only person fighting with Previlon at the time the teenager was stabbed.</p><p>Clark remains jailed without bail at the county correctional facility.</p><style>
